Content & LinkedIn Marketing · Stage: Get Found → Get Chosen

You know more than the people outranking you.Time to publish like it.

Somewhere out there, a competitor with half your expertise posts twice a week and gets the trust, the inbound, and the deals you deserve. Not because they're better. Because they're visible. We turn what's already in your head into a blog and LinkedIn presence that makes buyers come to you already half-convinced.

We'll audit your current content & LinkedIn presence free, in writing, 2 business days

Built for enquiries, not follower counts · Human-written, AI-accelerated · Your voice, not ours

The problem

Does any of this sound familiar?

Our best content is trapped in sales calls.

Every demo, you explain the same brilliant things the market insight, the "here's what everyone gets wrong." Prospects love it. Then the call ends and that expertise evaporates. It teaches one person at a time when it could be teaching a thousand.

We have a blog. It's… there.

Eleven posts. Last one eight months ago. Written because "we should do content." No strategy behind it, no traffic from it, and honestly, nobody's sure who it's for.

The founder should post on LinkedIn, but…

Everyone agrees the founder's takes are gold. But the founder has no time, hates self-promotion, and stares at the empty post box until closing the tab. Meanwhile, less-qualified voices in your space build audiences of your exact buyers.

We posted consistently once. We got likes. We got zero customers.

Three months of effort. Engagement charts went up. Revenue didn't move. Now everyone in the company quietly believes content "doesn't work for us."

That last one matters most. Because content didn't fail you. The kind of content did. Here's the difference.

Why it hasn't worked

Why most B2B content produces likes instead of leads

When content fails, it's almost always for one of these three reasons and none of them is "content doesn't work in our industry."

01

It was written for everyone, so it converted no one.

"5 Productivity Tips." "Why Company Culture Matters." Safe, generic, invisible. Content converts when it takes a position only you could take the stuff you say in sales calls when the prospect leans in. Generic content isn't a small mistake. It's the whole failure.

02

It chased the algorithm instead of the buyer.

Engagement-bait gets reach from students, job-seekers, and other marketers. Your buyer is a busy operator who engages rarely and silently. The post that gets 40 likes from the right 400 people beats the one that gets 4,000 likes from the wrong crowd. Most agencies optimize for the second because it looks better in reports. We don't.

03

Nobody connected it to revenue.

The blog lived in one silo, LinkedIn in another, sales in a third. No path from post → page → enquiry. No tracking of which topics produced conversations. So when the CFO asked "what did content get us?" silence. Content that isn't wired into the journey isn't marketing. It's journaling.

Fix those three, and content stops being a cost center with good vibes and starts being how deals begin.

The approach

Our rule: extract, don't invent.

Most agencies invent content about your industry a writer who learned your space last Tuesday, producing plausible-sounding posts that any competitor could publish. We do the opposite. Your expertise already exists: in your sales calls, your onboarding docs, your Slack rants, your "here's what everyone gets wrong" speeches. Our job is extraction pulling that thinking out of your head and shaping it into content only your company could have written.

We interview, you talk.

A monthly conversation (recorded, ~45 minutes) where we ask the questions your buyers are asking. You answer like you would over coffee. That one conversation becomes weeks of blog and LinkedIn material in your actual voice, with your actual opinions.

We optimize for the silent reader.

Your next customer probably won't like, comment, or follow. They'll read six of your posts over two months, visit your site twice, and then email you "we've been following your stuff." We build for that person not for the engagement graph.

One idea, five formats.

A strong idea becomes a blog post, a founder LinkedIn post, a company-page post, a carousel, and a short video script. Not because more is better because your buyers live in different formats, and good thinking deserves more than one shot.

Humans write. AI accelerates.

AI helps us research, transcribe, outline, and repurpose fast. A human strategist decides what's worth saying, and a human writer makes it sound like you. Nothing publishes without human judgment because your reputation is the asset we're building, and no one delegates their reputation to an autocomplete.

What's included

Exactly what we produce (no vague "content support")

Four pillars. You can start with one or run all four the brief tells you which mix fits your bottleneck.

01

Content Strategy & Editorial Calendar

The thinking layer everything else hangs off this.

  • A documented strategy: who we're writing for, what they're asking, what position we take, and how content connects to enquiries
  • Topic research from real buyer questions sales calls, search data, community threads not a keyword tool's guesses
  • An editorial calendar someone else (us) manages: you approve, we execute
  • Quarterly strategy review: what produced conversations, what didn't, what changes
02

Blog & SEO Content

The compounding asset works while you sleep, feeds the SEO engine.

  • Long-form posts that answer what your buyers actually search and ask
  • Written to do two jobs at once: rank on Google AND close the prospect who reads it mid-deal
  • Structured for AI search too so ChatGPT and Gemini can cite you as the source
  • Sales-enablement angle: every post is something your team can send a prospect and be proud of

This is where this service and our SEO service shake hands. Explore SEO & AI Search

03

LinkedIn: Company & Founder

The trust layer where B2B buyers quietly evaluate you.

  • Founder/executive posts (the workhorse): 3–5 per week, in your voice, from our monthly extraction interviews
  • Company page content: consistent, credible presence proof of life for the prospects who check
  • Carousels and short-form video scripts for the ideas that deserve richer formats
  • Comment & engagement guidance: the 15-minutes-a-day playbook that multiplies post reach (we prep it; you or we execute your call)
04

Repurposing Engine

The efficiency layer nothing good gets published once and buried.

  • Every blog post becomes LinkedIn posts; every strong LinkedIn post that resonates becomes a blog post
  • Webinars, podcasts, and sales calls mined for content (with permission this is often your richest source)
  • A growing, searchable library of your positions and stories an asset you own forever, usable in sales decks, emails, onboarding
Founder brand

The uncomfortable truth: people trust your face more than your logo

Look at your own LinkedIn feed. The posts you actually read come from people, not company pages. Your buyers are the same. A founder's post routinely reaches 5–10× what the same words get on a company page because LinkedIn's algorithm favors people, and so does human psychology. Buyers don't want a vendor. They want to know there's a sharp, trustworthy human behind the invoice.

"But I don't have time / I hate self-promotion."

Good that's exactly who this is built for. Here's the actual time cost:

~45 minutes a month

One recorded interview. You talk about what you know. That's the whole creative burden.

~10 minutes a week

Approving drafts. Every post sounds like you because it came from you we shaped it, we didn't invent it.

The self-promotion problem, solved

We don't write "I'm humbled to announce" posts. We write your opinions the market takes, the hard-won lessons, the "here's what everyone gets wrong." Sharing expertise isn't bragging. It's the most generous form of marketing that exists.

Is ghostwriting honest?

Fair question, and we'd rather answer it than dodge it: every idea, opinion, and story in your posts is genuinely yours captured from your own mouth in interviews. We're editors and shapers of your thinking, not inventors of a fake persona. You approve every word. If a post doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship.

Six months in, you have a body of public thinking. Prospects arrive at sales calls pre-sold. Podcast and event invitations show up. Hiring gets easier. And unlike ad spend, none of it disappears when you pause it's an asset with your name on it, and it's yours even if we part ways.

The first 90 days

The first 90 days, month by month

Month 1

Extract & build the foundation

  • Deep-dive session: your buyers, your positions, your best sales-call explanations
  • Voice capture: we study how you actually talk and write, so drafts sound like you from day one
  • Content strategy + first month's editorial calendar, delivered in writing, approved by you
  • First posts and articles ship in weeks 3–4 output in month one, not a strategy deck

Month 2

Rhythm & consistency

  • The machine runs: interviews → drafts → your approval → publish
  • LinkedIn cadence stabilizes (consistency beats brilliance on this platform we hold the line during the quiet early weeks)
  • First blog pieces publish and start their slow SEO climb

Month 3

First signal & first sharpening

  • We review actual data: which topics earned profile visits, saves, DMs, and enquiries not just likes
  • Double down on what resonates, kill what doesn't
  • First plain-English performance report: what happened, what we learned, what changes

Every month after

The machine

  • The interview, the calendar, the drafts, the report
  • Roughly 2 hours of your time per month, total
  • That's the deal: your brain, our machine
Each month

The monthly deliverables, in plain numbers

A typical engagement includes:

  1. 2–4

    Long-form blog posts

    SEO-ready, sales-ready

  2. 12–20

    Founder LinkedIn posts

    From your monthly interview

  3. 4–8

    Company page posts

Proof of life for prospects who check

  4. 2–4

    Carousels or short-video scripts

For ideas that deserve richer formats

  5. 1

    Extraction interview

45 min your only real homework

  6. 1

    Plain-English report

Outputs, signals, learnings, next month's plan

Ongoing: editorial calendar management, repurposing, content library.

Not included, and said out loud: paid LinkedIn ads (we don't run ads), press relations, and posting-for-the-sake-of-posting. If a week has nothing worth saying, we'd rather skip it than publish filler under your name.

Fit filter

Who this works brilliantly for and who should skip it

This is for you if

  • You're a SaaS or expertise-led B2B company where trust drives the deal
  • Your buyers research and lurk on LinkedIn (most B2B buyers do)
  • You or someone senior genuinely knows things opinions, experience, scars
  • You can commit ~2 hours a month and give fast draft approvals
  • You think in quarters, not weeks content compounds; it doesn't spike

This is not for you if

  • You want viral growth or follower counts as the goal wrong agency, on purpose
  • You expect leads in week two that's outbound's job (we sell that too, and we'll point you there honestly)
  • Nobody in the company can give us 2 hours a month extraction needs a source
  • You sell low-ticket B2C impulse purchases LinkedIn isn't where your buyers live

Straddling the line? The brief will tell you directly including "not yet, do X first" if that's the true answer.

Honest expectations

The timeline nobody puts on their sales page

Here's what content actually does, and when so month two doesn't come with disappointment we could have prevented:

Weeks 1–4

Output ships. Metrics look unimpressive. This is normal you're publishing to a cold audience.

Months 2–3

Early signals: profile visits, saves, the occasional DM, prospects mentioning "saw your post" on calls. Blog posts are indexed but not yet ranking.

Months 4–6

The compounding starts. Inbound enquiries begin referencing content. Blog pieces climb for real queries. The founder gets recognized at an event or on a call.

Months 6–12

The asset works: warm inbound, shorter sales cycles ("I've read your stuff"), a content library your sales team actually uses.

Content is the slowest-starting, longest-lasting thing we sell. If you need pipeline this quarter, start with our lead generation service and add content behind it we'll tell you the same thing in the brief.

Proof

No wall of logos yet here's what you get instead.

Senior attention, your content never delegated to a junior "content executive," and a free written audit of your current content and LinkedIn presence before you spend anything. Judge the thinking in the brief. That's the proof.

FAQ

The questions everyone thinks and few ask

Will the posts actually sound like me?

Yes because they start as your words. Drafts come from your recorded interviews, shaped by a writer who has studied how you talk. You approve everything. Typical clients heavily edit the first 2–3 drafts, lightly edit the next few, then mostly hit approve. If it never starts sounding like you, we've failed and we'll say so.

Is ghostwriting ethical?

Every idea and opinion published under your name comes from you we extract and shape, we don't invent. It's the same relationship an executive has with a speechwriter, and it's how most credible founder brands you admire actually operate. Where we draw the line: we won't fabricate stories, manufacture fake opinions, or engage-bait under your name.

Do you use AI to write the content?

AI accelerates our research, transcription, outlining, and repurposing. Humans decide what's worth saying and do the final writing. Nothing publishes without human review and you'll never receive a draft that's raw model output with your name slapped on it. Your reputation is the asset; we don't gamble it for speed.

How much of my time does this really take?

About 2 hours a month: one 45-minute interview plus draft approvals. That's the honest number. If you can't sustain that, tell us a blog-only engagement needs even less of you, and we'd rather right-size than have you churn.

Who owns the content?

You. Every post, article, interview recording, and the content library. If we part ways, it all stays with you including the strategy documents.

Can you just do LinkedIn without the blog (or the reverse)?

Yes. LinkedIn-only and blog-only engagements both work. The brief will tell you if you're leaving easy compounding on the table by skipping one but the choice is yours.

We already have a marketing person. Do they become redundant?

Usually the opposite we're the production engine they never had capacity to build. They keep strategy oversight and brand control; we handle extraction, writing, and calendar management. Clear roles get agreed in week one.

What does it cost?

Depends on the pillar mix and volume and you'll get an exact number in writing before you commit, never after a "discovery journey."

How do you measure success if not followers?

The signals that precede revenue: profile visits from ICP-fit people, saves and DMs, enquiries that mention content, prospects arriving pre-sold, and where trackable content-touched pipeline. Follower count appears in our reports as a footnote, because that's what it is.

Your expertise is already paid for. Publishing it is the cheap part.

You spent years earning what you know. Right now it converts one prospect at a time, on calls, and evaporates after each one. The free brief includes an honest audit of your current content and LinkedIn presence: what's working, what's invisible, what a realistic 6-month arc looks like and whether content is even your right starting point. If it isn't, we'll name what is.
